Beta-HD Extractions

Now you can add that same satisfaction to any of our other services. Gentle painless suction from the Hydrafacial machine and a salicylic acid/botanical blend are used to remove sebum and buildup in the T-zone (chin, nose, and between the brows). Instant gratification + less visible pores!

LED Light Therapy at Method Medspa on Signal Mountain, TN

LED Light Therapy

Add on red or blue LED light therapy to any facial service for a quick, no-downtime treatment. Red LED light increases circulation to the area of concern, and is helpful with wound healing. We recommend it after microneedling, or to upgrade a Signature Hydrafacial. Blue LED light has antimicrobial effects, making it ideal for acne-prone skin. We recommend blue light with the ZO Stimulator Peel or Method Microderm.

  • Appropriate for all skin types. Discuss with your provider whether you need red, blue, or a combination of both.

High Frequency Therapy

Add on an all-over facial treatment or targeted points of small currents of thermal energy to create ozone that oxygenates the skin and increases circulation. Neon (orange) high frequency is recommended for aging akin, while Argon (purple) is used for treating acne. This treatment has a gentle buzzing/popping sensation as the thermal energy passes over the skin.

Facial Lymphatic Drainage

This facial massage technique helps drain & circulate excess fluid to deflate facial puffiness. A congested lymphatic system accumulates waste and results in inflammation causing acne, massage encourages lymphatic flow and flushes out waste to prevent the skin from further breakouts. This can be added to all facial services, excluding peels and microneedling treatments.
